1. About Webscrews

Webscrews Technology Solutions ("Webscrews", "we", "us") provides live online training programs in Digital Marketing, AWS DevOps, AI Tools and HRM, along with digital agency services including website development, SEO, paid ads and social media marketing.

2. Enrolment & eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to enrol in a training program.
• Enrolment is confirmed only after full or first-instalment payment is received.
• Seats are limited per cohort and allocated first-come, first-served.
• Batch start dates are indicative and may be adjusted with at least 7 days' notice.
• You agree to provide accurate identity, contact and educational information.

3. Fees, payments & EMIs

• Program fees are listed on each course page and quoted inclusive or exclusive of GST as specified.
• EMI plans are offered through verified third-party financing partners; their terms apply independently.
• All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways; we never store full card details.
• Failure to clear an instalment may result in suspended portal access until resolved.

4. Student conduct

We expect respectful, professional conduct from all students inside live classes, student communities, internships and one-on-one sessions. The following are grounds for removal without refund:

• Harassment, discrimination or abusive language toward students, mentors or staff.
• Sharing recordings, materials or platform access with non-enrolled individuals.
• Plagiarism in projects, internship work or capstone submissions.
• Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications or work experience.

5. Intellectual property

All curriculum, recordings, slides, assignments, code samples, templates and methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of Webscrews and are protected under Indian and international copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use them for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, train AI models on, or republish any portion of the materials.

Projects and case studies you build during the program belong to you — you are free to use them in your portfolio with appropriate attribution to Webscrews where applicable.

6. Internship & placement support

Webscrews provides an industrial internship and dedicated career counselling as part of our flagship programs. While we work hard to support every student, Webscrews does not guarantee a job offer, specific salary outcome, or placement in any particular company. Placement outcomes depend on student effort, market conditions, interview performance and employer decisions outside our control.

7. Digital services engagements

All digital service engagements (web development, SEO, ads, social media) are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. The SOW defines scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, milestones, change requests and refund terms specific to that engagement. These Terms supplement, but do not override, an executed SOW.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webscrews' total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

You may withdraw from a program subject to our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that endangers the learning environment.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. We encourage you to contact us first at info@webscrews.com — most issues are resolved within a phone call.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
