Refund Policy
Fair, transparent and written in plain English. If a program isn't right for you, we make it easy to step back.
Last updated: June 27, 2026. We want you fully confident in your Webscrews experience. This policy explains exactly when and how you can request a refund.
1. Training programs — full refund window
After attending the first two live sessions of any flagship training program, if you decide the program is not the right fit, you may request a 100% refund — no questions asked. The request must be raised before your third scheduled session.
2. Pro-rated refunds (after session 2)
If you withdraw after attending more than two sessions but before completing 50% of the program duration, you are eligible for a pro-rated refund calculated as follows:

3. Cohort transfer (free, once)
If a personal or professional commitment prevents you from completing the current batch, you can transfer to the next available cohort once at no additional cost. Subsequent transfers may incur a nominal administrative fee.
4. Digital services — milestone-based refunds
Service engagements (web development, SEO, paid ads, social media) follow a milestone-based refund structure defined in your signed Statement of Work (SOW). Typically:
- Discovery & strategy fee is non-refundable once delivered.
- Design, development and execution milestones are refundable only if work has not yet started on that milestone.
- Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; pre-paid unused months are refunded pro-rata.
5. Exclusions (no refunds)
- Refunds are not available once 50% of program duration has elapsed.
- Self-paced add-ons, one-day workshops, masterclasses and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed.
- Registration or processing fees (where separately disclosed) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for students removed due to conduct violations as per our Terms of Service.
- Third-party EMI processing fees charged by the financing partner are non-refundable.
6. How to request a refund
- Email info@webscrews.com from the email address used at enrolment.
- Subject line: "Refund request — [Your Name] — [Program]".
- Include your enrolment date, batch, and a brief reason (helps us improve, but isn't required for eligibility).
- Our team responds within 2 business days with confirmation and next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method. Bank settlement may take an additional 3–5 days depending on your bank.
